We thank you for sending clients to us as well to provide Planning & Coordination, Professional Waitstaff & Bar-tending services as well as Catering & Private Chef Services. Lastly, our waitstaff do table & chair set up as well as clearing/cleaning at events, big and small. We are fully licensed with our own insurance and all of our staff are properly trained and licensed techs at what they do. We have been in business for 25 years and are well versed in the events community across the Central Coast of California. It’s wait staff and servers.!! Trained in food safety and hospitality, our efficient wait staff is the secret to our success!
Our professional servers set up tables, chairs, linens, place settings and more. We complete all of the food and bar prep according to industry safety standards ensuring everything is perfect before your guests arrive.
During your event, our wait staff are there to serve with a smile and bring your vision to life. We train our staff to learn the 5 serving styles: Tray passing, Buffet, Family Style, Synchronized Serving and French. We also take care of serving beverages, assist with the champagne toast, make coffee, cut the cake and much more.

We employ a Premier team of hardworking charismatic LEAD Certified bartenders. Prepared to bring the fine art of mixology to your event, our bartenders and bar backs are always professional and on time. We set up, ice down, and are ready to serve!
CCPH Bartenders always conduct themselves in a friendly, responsible and safe manner. Responsible beverage service comes first and foremost for us.

A curated menu created by a seasoned chef and personalized for your unique event can make your party stand out amongst a sea of parties in life. Imagine being able to hand pick ingredients, themes, colors, nationalities, and other things to make your dinner party completely customized OR making no decisions at all and letting the Chef create for you if that's more your style.
We provide layered packages for you to offer Chef experiences ranging in us and them bringing everything in, cooking, serving, cleaning and taking everything away with us to smaller packages such as you obtaining the grocery list and us using your supplies.

Coordination Packages
We are proud to offer a few levels of packages for your event needs! We have gone to great lengths to create packages that most commonly work for our clients. Each package is created to fit your specific needs and can be adjusted to accommodate your budget and vision After all, we do have 25 years of experience of allowing for our clients to "Be a Guest at your own Party"
Glitter Coordination Package
Less than 100 guests
The Glitter package includes 3 hours of pre-planning, assisting with booking vendors, venue communications, timeline, lay out, review vendor services and vendor contracts and 10 hours on day of coordination for a total of 13 hours.Dazzle Coordination Package
About 150 guests
The Dazzle Package includes 5 hours of pre planning, assisting with booking vendors, venue communications, timeline, layout, review vendor services and contracts and 12 hours of day of coordination.
The Dazzle package also includes one of our experienced assistants to be at your side for for a smooth experience for everyone.
The Dazzle package also includes a complimentary pre-ceremony Welcome Splash as we welcome your guests.Sparkle Coordination Package
About 200 guests
The Sparkle Package includes 8 hours of pre-planning, assistance and management of booking vendors, venue communications, your timeline, layout, review of vendor services, contracts with all vendors and 15 hours of day of coordination for a total of 23 hours. All additional time will be added accordingly.
The Sparkle Package also includes one of our experienced assistants to be at your side for for a smooth experience for everyone.
The Sparkle package also includes a complimentary pre-ceremony Welcome Splash as we welcome your guests. -
